Thunderbolt Adapter

I have a Thunderbolt adapter (The Kanex https://www.apple.com/shop/product/HGC82ZM/A/kanex-thunderbolt-to-esata-usb-30-a dapter?fnode=8b&fs=f%3Dadapter%26fh%3D4595%252B45b0 sold by Apple) that I use to connect a couple of non-thunderbolt hard drives (faster thru that than USB3) but there isn't a Thunderbolt in port on it. I am wondering if there is an adapter to 'split' the thunderbolt so I can have 2 cables connected directly to the iMac.
