How to turn off my subscription and never ever ...

This is the AppleWorks forum.  AppleWorks was a suite of Office Apps like iWork currently. It has been discontinued for many many years. It has no subscriptions, so I'll ask a admin to move your post to a more adequate forum.

With that said you may want to clarify what subscription you are referring to.

In the meantime, have you tried following the steps in this support document to try and cancel it?
