Apple cheated me with faulty MacBook Air

Apple sold me faulty MacBook Air which has issue with USB, WIFI and Bluetooth. Apple service centre, apple engineering team and R&D team couldn't identify cause, so they couldn't fix it and apple won't replace device. Manager of customer support told me I have no option then give to service centre for experiment maybe someday they can fix as there is no replacement option. I am struggling from last 5 months to make apple take responsibility of manufacturing and selling defective unit, but they are just in mood to cheat me. What am I suppose to do?

All you can do is get it serviced by Apple. They have the right to decide if they will repair or replace the product.

 

Check applicable regulations in your country. Some regions have “lemon” laws. This entitles a buyer to get a replacement product if the manufacturer can’t repair the same recurring issue in (usually) three tries.
