iCloud drive for windows was using over 1TB dat...

I had to uninstall iCloud for Windows from my PC because it was using over 1TB of data on my network. My ISP is now charging usage on anything over 1 TB. I couldn't imagine how I was using so much data. Then I discovered it was iCloud drive.

There is definitely an issue here that Apple needs to address.

It will use as much as the data that you have that needs uploading/downloading, this will be exactly the same for any cloud storage solution.
