iPad asks for Activation with wrong Apple ID

Greetings!

I recently reset my iPad mini in order to prepare it to give to another person.

I forgot to delete it from Find My iPhone before doing that.

What is REALLY AMAZING:

1. The device is now asking for Activation using account X, which is NOT mine
2. When I log to Apple ID under my account Y I see the device there

Both serial numbers in Apple ID account and iTunes are the same.

The situation REALLY worries me since I also have iPhone 7 on the same account.

Does anybody have any ideas?
