How do I submit a new App idea?

I have a great Idea for an app but I don't know how to submit it to Apple.

Luckily your question has already been answered in the post above yours - it was six years ago but nothing has changed since.

So what is the way forward?

To read the Policy Document linked to in jagsd's post above yours, then to go to the Feedback link he gave you to tell Apple your idea; or to create and market the app yourself. Apple won't buy your idea.
