Safari issues after 10.3.3

So I updated my iPad OS to 10.3 3 and now ESPN's home page loads with limited content (see below). Opens fine in Chrome. I want to keep Safari as my primary browser so any help with a fix would be greatly appreciated. Note: Canadian ESPN loads correctly.
