Flickering graphics when using Safari

I've come across a unique glitch when using Safari, it only happens if the web application is playing video. What my question is has anyone else seen this and how did you fix it?

Here a screenshot (from a screen recording) of the graphics glitch (it flicker like this until I leave the app and come back or end any videos in Safari).
