why my icloud email is disabled with apple id

i have some issue with my apple id it says apple id is locked due to security reasons...

i tried to unlock my account and unfortunetly i have entered wrong birthday somehow ...

now there is second way to send email to my icloud email address to reset this id

but i am not able to get into my icloud email

is there anyway if i can use my icloud email so i can reset my id and can use my ipad....

Try contacting Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) and see if they can/will re-enable the account : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security

i know the email i know the password but still i am not able to access it because it has been locked out with apple id.

just because i am not able to use option for resetting password via email

You could try logging into the iCloud email account on https://www.icloud.com, but if the account is disabled it likely won't work

yup i tried but it have been locked out as well

moral is . this is stupid to have an apple id ending with icloud.com

and apple should gave access to email address used as apple id for reset purpose either its icloud,gmail or any other email address.

That is one of the risks when you choose to do that. You had the option of adding a rescue  email address to the account, but presumably you didn't do that, in which case you will have to contact Support in your country and see if they will re-enable it

Hi! I have same problem as aliraza6156. And you are saying we have to contact Support in our country. In my case, Apple doesn't support my country? SO WHAT SHOULD I DO THROW AWAY MY IPHONE?
