imac extremely slow

I have an iMac Retina 5K (15,1) with a 4GHz i7 processor, 24 GB RAM running macOS Sierra 10.12.6 with two RAID 0 arrays that has become so slow it is unusable. I have tested the memory with memtest86 with no errors. I have run First Aid on all of the drives, reset the PRAM, etc. to no avail. I am pasting an EtreCheck report in the hopes that someone here can help me. I am at a complete loss. Thank you for your time!

EtreCheck version: 3.4.4 (448)

Startup in Recovery Mode and choose Disk Utility > First Aid.
