Old Exchange account keeps appearing on my Inte...

Hi,

For some odd reason my old mail from work keeps appearing in my Internet Account under settings. I have deleted the exchange account several times but it keeps appearing no matter what. The pop-up comes in asking me whether I want to turn on the account. This is an account I had from a job that I no longer work with.

I think it may be something with my keychain on iCloud, but its weird because this doesn't happen on my iPhone or iPad.
