Can you plug iPhone into iPad

New to the iPad world. How do I get all my apps and data photos etc onto iPad?

All iTunes content on your iPhone - music, movies, tv shows, audio and print books, and 3rd party apps should be in your iTunes library on your computer.

Transfer your selected content from your computer and iTunes library to your iPad via the iTunes sync process.

Even if you could find a  cable for this, it would not work.

No I don't since I'm not aware of a USB cable with a dock connection on each end which would be good for nothing if one does exist.

Using my Touch, I can plug my touch into my iPad via the camera connection kit...but all I can do is import the contents of my DCIM photos folder.

So it works, but it's really nothing but a hard wired version of photo stream.

I'm presuming if I can do it with my Touch that the iPhone does the same but since I don't have one, never tried it.

I have a camera kit gives you adapter to plug in with a USB
