MBP with Sierra DVD

I am experiencing problems with my DVD-R not accepting any disks on my MBP.

System information:

OS: macOS Sierra 10.12.3

From the "System Report" regarding the "Disk Burning" device:

  Burn Support: Yes (Apple Shipping Drive)

  Cache: 1024 KB

  Reads DVD: Yes

From the terminal:

terminal$ drutil list

The DVD-R is not accepting any disks. Not accepting means that the tray is not working to receive the disk. Eject is not working neither. I have tried NVRAM/PRAM and SMC reset but still the problem exists.

Make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If needed find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple.

I have the same problem, too.

I cannot insert any disks and no response with "Eject button".

I have de same problem too, but only for DVD's.
