I bought an SD version of a movie now I want HD

Hi I bought an SD version of a movie on AppleTV and then I upgraded my entire system to 4K HD. However when I go to that movie page I don’t get the option to buy the HD version, even though I’ve changed the settings on my Apple TV to not show SD content.

It shows 4K versions of movies I have not purchased but for the ones I already have, it doesn’t allow me to get the HD version

I see that you bought an SD version of a movie, and now you'd like to get the 4K HD version. It's not allowing you to download the 4K version though on your Apple TV 4K. I'll be happy to assist you with this.
