How to turn off Flickr uploader app in OS 10.12.4?

I have OS 10.12.4 (Sierra) and whenever I log in, my Flickr Uploader app prompts me to log in, continue, etc. I actually would be happy to delete the app, since I've maxed out the free use and I don't want to pay for the subscription service. But I can't seem to force quit it or at least keep the icon/dialog box from constantly popping up. Any ideas on how to turn that off? Right-clicking on the icon and clicking "quit" does nothing. Thanks.

Click on the Apple icon top left > System Preferences > Users and Groups > Login Items. Click on the uploader item, then click the minus sign in the window. This will stop the uploader from running everytime you log in. Reboot.

Thank you! I had to force quit on the restart sequence to reboot (because Flickr wouldn't quit), but that worked. Ah, peace.
