Play Count in iTunes 11.0.2

the Play Count for short songs (at about 10 seconds) do not work.

will there EVER be a update which eliminates this well-known-problem??

me 2! tried all the advice on net but nothing fixes

I think is a general issue with playcount not updating in the current build, but you should use Feedback - iTunes - Apple to let Apple know that you want it to work properly with very short clips too.
