why is my ipod set to restrict facetime calling
Hi,
I was looking for my FaceTime app but I couldn't find it, because I wanted to call my sister. I even asked Siri to call her in FaceTime but it said "I'm not allowed to do that- your iPod is set to restrict FaceTime calling". So please help me figure out what to do.PLEASE!! .
By the way it's a 6th generation iPod
Perhaps you (or your parents) restricted this feature:
Use parental controls on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
If so, you need to know the restrictions passcode to enable FaceTime.
