1Passe Password App.

After recovering my iPhone4s the 1Passe App did not re load, I originally downloaded this App from the Apple App Store in 2014.

I have tried to find the 1Passe App in the App Store to download again but it is not there?

I have searched on Google and followed a likely link which reports that the 1Passe App is not currently available on either the UK or US App Store?

The 1Passe backup file is still displayed in Settings so the data is there.

All my Passwords etc are saved in this App can anyone tell me what is happening and how I can download the App so I can access the data?

The app is called 1Password: 1Password - Password Manager and Secure Wallet on the App Store

Thanks, I am aware of this App & have contacted their support to see if the App name has changed & they tell me they have nothing to do with 1Passe.

The App I had was undoubtedly called '1Passe'

I see.... I'd never heared of this one. Apparently it has been removed from the App Store. If you havent got a backup of it, it will be impossible (as far as I know) to get it back on your iPhone.

Do you know why this App has been removed from the App Store?

Is there any way of getting any info from App Store?

Many thanks for the suggestion & Info but I have been trying this for a while now & there is no response which is why I am getting to my wits end!!

All looking rather hopeless, I can only assume that the App is no longer supported, disappointing for an Apple approved App, one would have expected some notice & at least some solution to retrieve ones data!!

Strange there is not more noise about on the issue, can only be that users do not realise till they try to reload the App, the App was working fine till quite recently.

Unless someone out there has some info or solution on this guess one just has to forget 1Passe & start again with another App?

I have some good news , I finally found the application again and was able to recover all 114 previously lost passwords . The application was found on a old laptop of mine where I used to sync my iPhone and thus an .ipa file of the application was stored , using this I installed anew and was able to restore from my I cloud account . Hopefully you will make it too . Best regards John

Unfortunately I only ever had the App loaded on the iPhone so do not have a route to an exe file.

I never loaded the App on a Windows device.

Any chance you could attach a copy of the .ipa file to an email & send me a copy please - *****@gmail.com - it would be just great if you could please.  Then I can do the same & retrieve the data from iCloud & in time move the info across to another App if 1Passe does not re appear.

Unless Apple removed the app for violating policies, the app was removed by the developer. Based on the fact you're not getting a response from them, I suspect that's the case. It therefore would have been up to them to let you know that the app was going to be removed. Some developers are responsible about things like this. Some aren't.

In older versions of iTunes applications were saved automatically in .ipa format on your pc/mac , that's how I found it by searching for files of that type. In order to then install it you need your id and password to authorize the new device , since the .ipa is connected to my account I don't see how I can help you without giving you my account credentials. I would suggest you search your pc and any device you might have connected your phone in the past in hope of finding an old .ipa of the application
