"Are you sure you want to remove existing music...

Hello everyone,

I recently bought a new HP laptop and switched over from a Dell laptop. When I downloaded iTunes on my new computer, I took a flash drive and transferred all of my music from my old laptop to my new one. When I try to sync my iTunes from my new laptop to my iPhone, I get the message that asks if I want to remove my music, videos, movies etc, from my iTunes library. I've tried a lot of thing, how can I simply sync the music from my new laptop to my iPhone and vice versa without deleting anything like I cou? If anybody could help me ASAP I would greatly appreciate that.

P.S. My songs are all downloaded MP3's, not bought from the iTunes store.
