Bought Macbook Pro  and pro apps bundle la...

Last Monday spent over £2200 on a new Macbook Pro at the Covent Garden store and ordered the proapps bundle, which I need to edit film. Assured that proapps would be delivered by email code within 24 hours. Five days later, proapps is still not delivered, though Apple took payment 5 days ago.

During the last 24 hours have made 2 calls to customer services, to find out what is going on. Each call lasted more than 30 minutes, because I was repeatedly put on hold by the agents. Eventually informed that codes are not being sent out, because of a 'general systems failure', but agents unable to say when the problem would be fixed.

Both agents agreed that it was wrong of Apple to take payment without providing goods, or informing me that there was a problem. Both agents agreed to email me with a summary of our discussion, but neither did.

So at present I have an expensive new Macbook Pro, bought for film editing, which I cannot use, because Apple has failed to supply the necessary software, though has taken payment for this. What can I do, in view of the fact that customer services are so unhelpful?



I don't know what country you're in, but as I suggested the last time you posted this, I'd recommend going into an Apple store and meeting with the staff face to face to get some resolution.
