Hi my account has been disabled and re-activated by the email and so far can not update the programs

By 're-activated by the email' do you mean that you've reset the account's password ? Did you also follow these instructions : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support ? If you have try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can / will re-enable the account : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
