Apple Korean Language Keyboard

The keyboard that is included with MacBook Pro using MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 is a 3-Set Korean Keyboard but it types all characters entered horizontally rather than vertically as is normally written standard practice in the entire South Korean Country. I do not understand how to use this keyboard as it does not produce any purpose if one tries to type in Korean language. My wife is Korean and she was unable to use this keyboard also. I believe there used to be a 2-Set Korean but I could not find it to download by going into Settings, Languages and Keyboard for Korean.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
