iTunes fails to update iOS on my iPhone

2 days ago my iPhone 6 suddenly went into recovery mode. When I connected it to iTunes, iTunes said that there is a problem with my iPhone and it needs to be updated or restored. Since I have lot of important data on my iPhone not backed up I chose update. It seemed everything is okay, because iTunes said that my iPhone was successfully updated, and is now restarting. But my iPhone did not restart, but entered recovery mode again. I tried it over and over again, without luck. iTunes just failed updating my device. I tried lots of solutions found on the internet, with lots of 3rd party softwares, tried to hold both home and power button until restart, tried couple of data recovery softwares, too.

One thing I have noticed is that the phone seems like to crash at the process of "updating firmware" (iTunes says). There is a huge jump on the progress bar on the phone at that point, almost jumps to the end but not, and there comes the crash (white screen with apple logo). "Updating software" completes fine, but what happen at "updating firmware" is abnormal, I think.

So, I would like to ask you if there is anything I can try to fix this, or any way to pull my data from the phone and then restore?

Thank you in advance!
