Can I charge my iPad 2 with my iPhone 4 Charger?

It may charge, but it will be painfully slow. It would be better to use the higher power charging block. Also note it is quite fine to use the iPad charger to charge the iPhone.

Thank you. I left my charger for iPad and I thought I could use the charger of the iPhone 4 not my 6 as it didn't fit.
