Macbook blocked applehelp@caramail.com

Hi,

 

My Macbook Pro is blocked by a hacking device. It requires a 6 cases password which I am not able to enter and if I cannot do it, asks me to write to applehelp@caramail.com.

 

Could you please help me with that?
