What is the next level of escalation if apple a...

I had purchased a brand new macbook pro retina(2015 model) through amazon in India. This macbook has backlight bleed issue, I submitted the device to apple authorized service center. They have re-installed the OS and ran some diagnostic and they are saying that the diagnostics results have passed and there is no issue with the macbook. But backlight bleeding issue still exist in my macbook. Where as, people all around the world who have faced this backlight bleeding issue have got replacement for their screens. How to escalate this issue to the next level ? I have attached the screenshots of my macbook for refefence. Please let me if there is way to make these people understand about this issue.

An Apple Store "genius" bar if possible, otherwise contact Apple Customer Service.



I have already contacted apple customer support and genius . They just reinstalled the Mac OS and are claiming that the issue is resolved. But the issue is still persisting. I need to know what is the next level where I can escalate this issue.



Customer Service. Ask to be elevated to the highest person possible; you'll probably have to go one level at a time.
