Apple Music / iCloud Music Library Support

I recently changes my email address/apple ID username and password.  My problem now is trying to get my iCloud Music Library with the new ID.  I signed out of my old ID and signed back in with my new one.  All of my Apple Music songs were deleted.  I thought, no biggie, I'll just start over with a fresh library.  So I go to iTunes preferences and click to turn on iCloud Music Library; however, I get an message stating "you cannot link more computers to your Apple ID".  I googled this message and it said to check all my devices that are currently signed in using that ID.  I went to appleid.apple.com, looked at my devices, etc. but the remove buttons are grayed out. 

 

Any thoughts/suggestions?  I'm just trying to either A) turn iCloud Music Library back on under my new ID and start fresh, or B) sign back into my old ID because that still works on my iPhone for whatever reason.
