need to change the forgotton ipad backup password

once i created a password for encryption while backup the datas in my laptop,

i forgot that password.

after changing my laptop i backup once again the datas, for restoring that i need that password

anyway for recovering that password? or creating a new password that data backups?

kindly provide me the solutions

You cannot recover a forgotten encryption password...that is why it is called security.  You have no option but to remember the password or delete the backup as it cannot be used.

If you encrypt an iPad backup in iTunes and forget your password, you can't restore from backup and your data will be unrecoverable.

But for creating new backup also the same password is needed, how can I create new password, it's asking for the same

If you can't remember the password and want to start again, you must perform a full software restore and chooseset up as a new device when iTunes prompts you to select the backup from which to restore.

Uncheck "Encrypt local backup" on the Summary Page for iTune.
