Server Error

Hi,

I have an application ( DVBLink ) which it uses Server, this app is for watching TV.

Sometimes I get Server Error when I launch the app.

From the app's support told me it may be the Firewall or another app block it.

But I have set that in Firewall Settings to allow connections with DVBLink Server.

What else should I configure in case to not receive this error again ?

Should I close my Firewall ?

* I don't know exactly why Firewall should be open.

Any suggestions ?
