Multiple devices for one account

I currently have one apple account and i cloud account but have 5+ devices being used by employees. What is the best set up for this? I generally pay for all expenses including work related apps, bills etc.

I do not want all my content on all phones.

I have the same question. I have sorted out most of the issues but still have the following situation

1 account and 9 phones

1 phone gets a call and it registers on the other 8 handsets as a missed called. How do I eliminate this?

All of the phones were ringing when I called one number but I fixed this in setting by turning off calls on other devices. That did not assist with the missed called log showing up on them all though.
