hi.I bought a Ipad.serial no.

hi. good evening, i am from greece. i bought a iPad .owner came an island MYKONOS, GREECE.she sold her ipad because she need money. it was open but when i reset it then it donot open .want apple id and passward. i have no her phone no to contect with her. so tell me PLEASE how contact with  her or how to open ipad. PLEASE. THANKS.   ipad serial no.-F7*****196. her name JANA.

Only the person who initiated the Activation Lock can

remove it. There is no workaround for the security

features of Activation Lock.

Apple will not reveal any information about the previous owner

nor will Apple pass your information on to a previous owner.

Unfortunately, the only remedy is for you to search for the seller

yourself. You could check if her hotel/rooming house will pass

your information on - but do not be surprised if they refuse.

Until/unless the Activation Lock is removed, the iPad will remain

useless.
