Buying a 2017 IPad Pro with IOS10 or 11

I am considering buying an Ipad pro 10.5", 256gb, cellular + wifi but the only one available where I live comes with IOS10. Can this be upgraded to IOS 11 after purchase without losing functionality, or is it preferable to buy one without cellular but that already has IOS11 installed? Thank you.

There are no iPads currently with iOS 11 since it has not been released. and there won't be for a few months after iOS 11 is released as the iPads manufactured after its release make their way to stores.

All iPads currently in sale by Apple can be updated to iOS 11 when it is released, so no reason not to buy it. Updating later should not be any different than having it installed from factory.

iOS 11 is not available, as yet.

All new iPads will be able to upgrade to iOS 11 when Apple makes it available.

An iPad having iOS 10 on it is NOT an issue.

Yes ios 10 is OK to buy now just updated to ios 11 when it becomes available
