kernel panics after installing 10.12.6

I installed 10.12.6 last weekend, and shortly thereafter, starting getting several kernel panics a day -- the most recent is attached.

I have attempted the following to identify or fix the issue so far:

  • Removed any 3rd party kernel extensions (I had a VirtualBox and a Seagate kext)
  • Tried reinstalling the OS from Internet Recovery
  • I found a lot of errors in the logs from the iMazing Mini beta I've been running for months, so I disabled it
  • I disabled the Time Machine back to my USB-attached external drive (I still have a second Time Machine destination pointing to a Synology NAS)
  • I've installed OnyX, and run the recommended cleanup and maintenance - this did find some corruption on my boot drive, and recommended that I boot into Recover Mode and run a repair, which I did

No luck -- the panics are still occurring.  Anything I can look at!?

Can you disconnect the Backup+ Desk and uninstall the ASMT1053 driver and test?

I have unmounted and disconnected my Backup+ drive (Seagate drive) - the ASMT1053 is actually an external SSD that I am using as my boot drive, so I cannot disconnect it to test (probably information I should have included originally -- sorry!).  If I continue to have panics, I can clone my boot drive to the Seagate and run from there -- are there any other ways you can suggest to test this?

Do you get Kernel Panics using the external SSD as the boot drive?

I've been using it for probably 2 years, and Kernel Panics have been extremely rare - it's only been since the 10.12.6 update that I've seen the issue

Since you have a TM backup, as a test, can you erase and install a clean copy of Sierra and test?

I can try that this week -- it will probably be a few days before I can test that, but will check back here when I do -- thanks for the input!

Try running this program in your normal account, then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by etresoft, a frequent contributor.  Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. On the screen with Options, please open Options and check the bottom 2 boxes before running. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy Report” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.

Report included below.  One further note -- I have been running for a day or two with the external Seagate disconnected, and am still experiencing Kernel Panics, so that does not appear to be it.

Update - I had another panic report that I didn't see, hidden behind open windows from an event overnight, and it looks very different from any other I've seen:

Your etreCheck output still shows iMazing Mini. Can you disable it? Is Sierra an upgrade from a previous version of macOS?

Do the crashes continue if you reinstall the original, correct spec RAM?

Memory Slots    2 - 204-pin PC3-10600 (1333 MHz) DDR3 SO-DIMM

The iMazing Mini references are simply login items to map a network drive (which still exists), and the startup reference to an app that no longer exists (I uninstalled it) - I'll clean that up tonight, but  I don't expect it to be an issue

This is stock RAM - I have never opened this machine.  The only real 'hardware upgrade' I've made is to run from an external SSD, which I mentioned earlier.
