cant install itunes on widows 10. I keep gettin...

I cant install iTunes on my windows 10 PC. I keep getting  this windows installer package error message about it missing a program that needs to run top install iTunes but I don't know what its talking about.  If there is anyone that can help me get this figured out I would greatly  appreciate it.  I cant sync my phone now because I tried this other installer fixing program and it uninstalled iTunes and now I have no way to re install it.:(
