reset iCloud Keychain

I'd like to start fresh with my iCloud Keychain.

I've signed into the Internet Accounts section of System Preferences with a bunch of different accounts (Google, Twitter, Outlook, etc.) while using iCloud Keychain and it has saved them. Now, I'd like to erase that iCloud Keychain and start fresh with a new one.

While signed into iCloud on my MacBook Air, I've checked (it was unchecked) the Keychain box. I'm prompted to enter my iCloud Security Code. (I do not have two factor verification turned on ATM.) Then, I click "Forgot Code?" which brings up a prompt telling me I need the code or I will have to reset my keychain. Great! That's what I want. So I click "Reset Keychain..." and am asked if I'm sure. Yes. I click the "Reset iCloud Keychain" button. I'm prompted to enter a new six digit Security Code. Next. Repeat it again. Enter my phone number. Done.

Once I've completed resetting my iCloud Keychain, I open Keychain Access and check under the iCloud tab. And I see all my old accounts still listed along with 4 entries titled "SOSDataSource-ak". I'm unsure what those entires have to do with and am confused why my old accounts are still attached to my iCloud Keychain.

I'm running the latest version of macOS, clean install (internet recovery and all), on an early 2014 MacBook Air 11". Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers!
