i think my account is compromised

Today i got a message on my macbook saying my friends name for example chris jones and it appeared chris jones is using your iphone and below that it had a time and 3 choices i chose end and nothing else has happened, my phone is not even with me i left it at home, is my friend hacking me? please help what was that message
