Apple Watch issue

My apple watch has circle with an x on it and states clear all. it is stuck in this mode. How do I fix?

You are describing the function for clearing all notifications from Notification Centre.

 

Try tapping on the "X" to clear your notifications and exit that screen.

 

If your Apple Watch is unresponsive to tapping on the "X", then I suggest that you restart it (normally):

 

 

If your Apple Watch cannot be restarted via the normal procedure, then instead force restart it by following the second set of instructions in the same support article.
