Macbook Pro is making cracking sound when tilted.

Hi, my new 2017 Macbook pro is making clicking sounds when tilted, is it coming from the metal hinge? it is also making a clicking sound when opened or closed. what is this and is it normal? ever since I

got it repaired it has been making these noises.
