watch shows red lightning bolt and time display...

My watch shows a red lightning bolt and time only.  Is it in sleep mode? How to get it back to normal?

That's power reserve mode. To get it back to normal, you need to charge it.

After charging, to turn off Power Reserve mode, press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo, then wait for your watch to restart.

This is all my watch keeps showing me what should I do to change that??image.jpg is all

Ok this just happened to me! (1/2017)

In my case...the watch was on the charger for almost 2 days....(which I thought?!)

So I go to use it and all I see is a red lighting bolt and just the time??? So start googling/problem solving I get no where

So I call apple care (25 min later) I realize...

My kids unplugged my charger at some point!

Soon as I plug charger back in the wall!

Green lighting and a Circle around it and time

And 4 min later up and running!

Was in power reserve mood!

Ya felt pretty stupid! Lol

But CHECK YOUR CHARGER!! Lol

Thank you, That is exactly what happened. Now I don't have to call support. My watch was on the charger for 24 hours and my charger was not plugged in either.

Lol no problem!

Ya knew/hoped it would someone with the same problem!

I'm glad it did! :)

You guys just saved me a call to support...thanks! LOL

So my husband's watch was having this trouble... I read the first helpful answer and he went to charge it.  Came back in the room and I read your post to him just because I thought it was funny.  He turned around, walked back to the charge and I hear "oh my gosh!!".  Sure enough, it hadn't been charging for days.  I'd stolen his charger box and he never even looked to make sure his watch was charging.  lol Ooops.

Need to be charge 100 percent that is the problem.

Now it's only showing the apple
