10.12.6 breaks DisplayPort sync

I'm running a 2013 MacPro with a Dell 4K display (original model).

After an update to 10.12.6 the DisplayPort link no longer syncs with this monitor.

I can use HDMI but that only runs at 30Hz vs 60Hz on displaylink.

Anyone else seeing this or have a work around?

Can't edit video at 30Hz. It hurtz my eyes :-)
