iPad Air 2 stolen

iPad stolen and Find My iPhone isen't enabled. but it has Apple ID and password. any solution for that case

If you didn't enable Settings > iCloud > Find My iPad then you can't try and locate it.

If you haven't already done so you should report it to the police (to get its serial number : Find the serial number of your Apple product - Apple Support). You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc., and if it was a cellular model also contact your carrier.

The only solution that guarantees you have an iPad is to buy another one.

If Find My iPhone was not enabled there's nothing to do.

The iPad will be able to be restored, and used.

A big thank you Mr. Phil0124. I have the serial number and IMEI so is that possible to track via GPS with the support the of the telecom? if they insert a SIM card.

Ask your telecom if they will track for private citizen without court order

or law enforcement involvement.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

Your carrier may be able to track it based on IMEI, but that's a question you have to ask them. They'd likely use Cell tower triangulation rather than GPS, since they won't have access to the devices GPS.

In most cases they'll require an official warrant or document from the police or other law enforcement agency in your region compelling them to perform the tracking.  They generally won't track it simply because you ask them.

But again this is something only your cell company can tell you.   Contact them and ask them.

Cellular carriers can detect, block devices on their network. That may be your best bet but the problem is you will have to contact all cellular carriers in your country (or the entire world) to stop the device from becoming usable. I don't know if a worldwide IMEI blacklist database exists or not. If it does exist, that would be the database you want to get your IMEI listed in. Having said that, I don't see why a cellular provider would bother blocking stolen devices in their network. Why would they block someone who wants to give them money (subscription fee)? Sorry to say this but forget about tracking and hoping that you will get it back.
