Mac Pro 2016 issue

My MAC has stopped turning on just 1 day after the 1 year warranty given by apple. I gave it for repair and they say they suspect issue with some internal hardware and the repair cost would be close to $1000. The system was very delicately used and there isn't even a single scratch. I don't understand how the issue suddenly came up when apple make such robust system. At present I cannot afford such heavy repair cost and also need my system for work. I'm really worried. Any suggestions?
