Payment

I have been charged for a free app "DropBox". Hence my bank has blocked my card.Now I am unable to down load free apps from the itune store.How it can be resolved?

The DropBox app may be free to download but it lets you take out an auto-renewing subscription in it - if you no longer want the subscription : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

If you owe iTunes money for the subscription you won't be able to download anything else until you've paid what you owe (If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store - Apple Support) or you've contacted iTunes Support and if they agree to cancel it.
